INVITATION
We
are inviting you as an expert and scientist in petroleum refinery and
petrochemistry and associated fields of activities to present lectures
on your, your companies expectations, plans, research achievements, development
results. Keynote lecturers will expose broader perspectives to embedding
new findings in state of the art techniques and technologies.
We have decided to stress and profit of the importance of consultation
and debates. Participants are asked to ask question to panels of session
lecturers to discuss lectures realted and global problems. In an unprecedented
way, we are offering room for operating on a help desk basis before opening
the conference. This first circular is asking you to formulate and submit
questions. We collect these and publish on this homepage. Those, who sent
in preliminary registration intent will have the acccess right to ask
answer and comment questions. Those not preregistered will have access
to collected articles and dialogs by purchasing the edited proceedings
and/or CD of the conference.
It is to remember, that our traditionally familiar events bring participants
into closer friendship along official and formal discussions.
Recommendations:
Scientific and technical innovations must control and flagship
improvement strategies and technological scenarios of petroleum refining
and petrochemistry of new EU member states and non member partners alike.
This membership is a new experience for our region and beyond.
Scope:
On announcing this conference ten countries, 5 of our region,
are just in a state of accession. On structuring our final program these
countries are already members and on sitting together some early conslusions
will already drawn. This transitional feature made the Organizing Committee
(OC) to not pose too many obstacles in streamling the scope. Offerings
will pave a frame. If the OC and Steering Committee (SC) feel a gap, they
have the right and means to close it, by either inviting additional contributions
or asking lecturers to extend the content of their presentation. We all
hope and we are convinced that there will be no need for such corrections.
This transitional feature motivated us to bring this event to 2005 instead
of the traditonal biannula sequence. This is the reason of choosing Sopron
after an excursion to Budapest by 2002. |
